Private Residence in Northbridge, Sydney
βUnder the canopy of the Brushbox tree (is where we want to be)β is a mural that celebrates the creation of this magical family home beneath a wondrous tree and the humans that will live and grow here. This piece is bold, playful and a little different just like the new part of the home is.
Featuring different aspects of the Brushbox tree such as the flowers, leaves and bark as well as local native species of Waratah and Wattle. With a colour palette inspired by the speckled shadows cast by the Brushbox tree, there are pockets of dark with brighter pops of light colours and a mix of cooler and warmer tones to tie back to the Burnt Earth extension.
